Troy Josephs signs for Storhamar

Canadian born Troy Josephs (24) has come to terms with Storhamar for the rest of the 2018-19 campaign. The Whitby, Ontario, native joins our «Yellows» during this upcoming week after having finished off a three game weekend streak with his current Wheeling Nailers in the ECHL.

Josephs is a left shooting centerman standing 185 cm tall and weighing in at 83 kg. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins as #209th overall in round 7 of the 2013 draft.

After having played four years for the Clarkson university, Josephs has been in the Penguins affiliate system playing for the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins (AHL) and the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL). Stats can be found at eliteprospects.com

Josephs will join his new teammates in Storhamar during this upcoming week, and if everything goes according to plan he might be able to make his debut on Thursday when Storhamar is going to Stavanger to face the Oilers for an all important top game.
